            MONI was founded in California in 2016 by husband and wife. We are an ethically driven company that believes food is healing. We create artisanal chocolate made from fully plant-based and the best quality ingredients.

       

           Our cacao beans are never roasted, so you can have the most health-giving quality when you enjoy our raw chocolate bar.

 

           For sweetening, we use unrefined organic coconut sugar. It naturally contains minerals and other elements with antioxidant properties. Also, it has a lower glycemic index than cane sugar, enabling your body to be more effective at maintaining its blood sugar levels.

 

          Our chocolate is dairy-free, soy and gluten-free. Vegan and paleo-friendly.
